The “Electrical Engineering and Information Technology” course integrated into your apprenticeship provides the kind of expertise in electrical engineering and information technology required for positions of responsibility in innovative working areas. You get the best of both worlds – a fully-fledged apprenticeship and a complete degree course, all within just 4.5 years. And to cap it all: You are paid a salary too!
The dual study programme is divided into two parts, one based in the company and the other an actual degree course at a university of applied sciences. For the business part, you will rotate around various departments and learn all about modern and efficient building automation. Your degree course comprises a total of 7 semesters (one of which is an internship at a company), including a Bachelor’s thesis in your final semester.
