Parking garage and electronics manufacturing.
Investment in innovation and sustainability.
With the construction of two new buildings at our headquarters in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, we are expanding our capacities and setting new standards in technology, efficiency, and sustainability. Covering a total of 5,500 m², we have created state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing and logistics areas where we produce electronic assemblies and components more efficiently, powerfully, and sustainably. By using innovative technologies such as geothermal energy, photovoltaics, and intelligent energy management, we are optimizing energy consumption and making use of the available natural resources.
Key Figures and Facts About Our Two New Buildings:
- Electronics Manufacturing (3,500 m²)
KfW Efficiency House 40 (primary energy demand reduced by 60%) thanks to measures such as building automation, insulation, HVAC technology, geothermal energy, photovoltaic system, and more. Investment in cutting-edge machines and systems.
- Warehouse and Logistics Area (2,000 m²)
High-bay warehouse, fully automated and robot-controlled small parts storage for SMD assembly, logistics port with two truck loading ramps.
- Parking Garage:
6 levels with 450 parking spaces, 50 electric vehicle charging stations (expandable), intelligent energy distribution and charging control through an energy distribution management system.
- Sustainable Energy Supply
Use of geothermal energy for heating and cooling via two reversible heat pumps, photovoltaic system (450 kWp), cisterns collect rainwater and feed it into the building's supply system.
With this investment, we are strengthening our innovative capabilities. Moreover, the two buildings enhance our independence, flexibility, and delivery capabiliy - and underline our firm commitment to the Rothenburg ob der Tauber location.
