The Rothenburg-based specialist in building automation, room automation, clean room and process technology honoured six long-serving employees at its annual Christmas party on 13 December 2019. The ceremony took place in the production hall at company headquarters in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which was festooned with Christmas decorations. Neuberger’s management team presented them with gifts, vouchers and certificates to thank them for their loyal service and hard work.

“On behalf of Neuberger, I would like to express my congratulations and respect for your longstanding loyalty and commitment to the company,” said managing director Klaus Lenkner at the beginning of his speech to assembled staff. He went on to pay tribute to the achievements and career of each employee.

Rainer Ehnes was honoured for 40 years of service. He started his career as an apprentice electrician before working as a service engineer for 8 years. In 1991, Ehnes moved to the project planning department, where he still works as a project manager.

Ute Happacher and Peter Rücker, both software programmers at Neuberger, were honoured for 25 years of service. The two service engineers Ingo Klinter and Steffen Stäglich were also honoured for a quarter of a century of work. The final 25-year anniversary is being celebrated by Sami Oglu Kenan, who works as a calibration engineer in project planning.

Managing director Klaus Lenkner and authorised signatory Friedrich Uhl personally thanked the workers for their years of service to the company, and for their loyalty and support. They can be proud of achieving a total of 165 years of service between them.
